Food Entry Day 1 - October 26th

Breakfast- 

  • 1/2 a banana
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 cup of Special K Red Berries Cereal

Lunch-

  • Turkey sandwich on wheat bread with one teaspoon of miracle whip.
  • red apple
Dinner- 
  • Chicken breast
  • Broccoli 
  • Mushrooms 
  • Worcestershire sauce

Snack-

  • some honey nut cheerios

Overall it was mostly healthy today, except I had a lot more sugar than I had originally planned. need to work on this!
