Craving pasta or carbs? Well this is my healthy rendition!
1 slice of whole grain bread 1 tbl spoon of pasta sauce( pre-made, salsa or even ground beef sauce) And whatever amount of fat free vegan cheese
Think it’s about 100 calories.. This will give you a carb craving fulfilled but don’t over do it. Then throw it In the microwave for about minute Sidenote: only eat 1 slice and put the others in the fridge for other days
